We are an organization that dedicates its creative and knowledge practices to the service of peaceful coexistence on and with the planet. We want to catalyze systemic change in support of diverse and resilient communities and ecosystems through regenerative culture. 

We are dedicated to creating spaces where change can happen. As we understand that social and environmental issues are inextricably connected, it became vital for us as an institution to take on a more active role, beyond collecting and exhibition-making, and contribute to a cultural response to the many planetary crises and transformations. 

Our approach to creating these spaces is artist-driven, intersectional, and responsive to the most pressing issues of our time. We do this by commissioning and supporting artistic practice, speculative research, community-building initiatives, and calls for action, as well as creating educational offerings that help foster critical environmental literacies.
